The Mirafit International Bar is designed with a 28.5MM diameter and a 212KG capacity, giving you the support you need to do your Olympic weightlifting pulls, squats, and presses. It features knurling on both markings making it great for Cross-Fit exercises. It also has a 2″ center knurl to help prevent slippage when doing high repetitions during chest presses.
Our Mirafit International Bar is made of solid steel to increase flexibility when performing Olympic weightlifting exercises. It is made of cold-rolled steel, but does not have the same bounce that a cold-rolled bar has. This bar is ideal for any strength training program.
